Shipping policy


Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email to keep you notified. If your parcel is tracked, this is the moment where you will receive a tracking link. 

Shipping time starts from 5 business days, depending on your location.


Your Order Has Arrived

Finally, you’ll receive the products - delivered in a recyclable package. All packaging is fully recyclable with FSC C117673 certificates for both the bag and the labelling. We use four different packaging sizes depending on the order to maximise the protection garments need without creating excess waste.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of the products you order.

The easiest way to calculate the shipping cost is by adding all items you want to order to your shopping cart, and then proceeding to the checkout page. No need to fill out any information, with the exception of your country, in order to access the shipping rates. You can then go back to your cart and remove or add items as needed.


At this time, tracked or express shipping is not available for all destinations - but we’re working on it.

If your order is tracked, you’ll receive an extra link in your shipping confirmation email.

Currently, the Express Shipping option is only available to some countries, which you can select during your checkout process.

Customs & Extra Charges

Taxes may vary depending on your country. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by our company.

For orders outside of US or EU: Please note, that the total amount of your order does not include local sales taxes and VAT, which means extra fees may be applied after placing your order.

How to pay these fees

Once the parcel has entered the destination country it will be held by customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (if applicable) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.


Please note that the products are made to order with print-on-demand and cannot be returned unless faulty. You’ll only qualify for a refund or replacement if the item is faulty or a mistake was made on our end. 

Please contact our Support Team if you experience the following: 

• You receive the wrong size/colour/design. 

• The printing quality is not up to standard. 

• The product just doesn’t seem to match what was advertised. 

We’d ask that you provide photos that illustrate the problem as well as ensuring that you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so that we may provide an accurate investigation into any issues. 

We’ll never ask you to post your product back to us. Any items that are returned will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
